By accessing or using PolyObserve at polyobserve.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. PolyObserve is operated by iWon Marketing, Malaysia.

2. Description of Service

PolyObserve is a data analytics SaaS platform that provides:

• Real-time weather data dashboards
• Market price displays for publicly available prediction market data
• Automated alerts and data analysis tools
• Subscription-based access to data feeds

3. Not Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: PolyObserve provides data and analytics tools only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument or prediction market contract. All trading decisions are made solely by you. We are not responsible for any trading losses or financial outcomes resulting from your use of our platform.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in USD
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe
• Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time from your account page
• We do not offer refunds for partial months

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to scrape or automate data extraction beyond normal use
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our platform
• Resell or redistribute our data without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of PolyObserve — including but not limited to dashboards, algorithms, and user interface designs — are owned by iWon Marketing and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Data Accuracy

Weather data and market prices are sourced from third-party providers and are provided "as is". We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iWon Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of PolyObserve, including but not limited to trading losses, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions.

9. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime outside our control.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email.
